Dear Caroline
Just to reply on the moisture question, I now have 4.5years monitoring data with the AECB distributed Osmosis data recording system, of my nearly passivhaus timber primary frame / strawbale house in Norfolk UK (for project details see passivhaus plus magazine Jan17).

Monitors recording moisture and temperature are in the walls in various positions and readings recorded hourly. Data describes a long period of drying out and gradually settled and safe figures, however the intention is to take physical samples on completion of 5 years of data and compare results, when it will be published.

If you want more info about the current data, do contact me directly,

best wishes
yours
Fran

I keep meaning to find time to re-do it and expand its scope, but haven't gotten to it yet.
