[GSBN] Mesh types and sources

Claytec reed mats and boards are widely distributed in Europe, so they
might be making their way to Canada. We've used reed intended for fencing,
and purchased some from an importer/distributer directly.  We've had good
results with CINTOFLEX, though I have some doubts about adhesion of earth
plasters to the mesh, if that's an issue.
