[GSBN] Any structural engineers out there familiar with straw bale and having an Arizona registration?

I've been contacted by someone with a set of loadbearing straw bale house
plans for a small house in southeast Arizona who is in need of a structural
engineer to review the plans, make whatever changes are needed, and provide
their stamp to satisfy the county building department.
