FASBA the german straw bale association has done several Thermal resistance tests.  http://fasba.de/en/german-strawbale-building-research-results-of-fasba/

Another source could also be Bristol University. http://www.bath.ac.uk/research/case-studies/straw-scientifically-proven-building-material
