[GSBN] Nomination of Paula Baker-Laporte

FYI: In the Spanish Speaking Strawbale Network, we took out the word  
"bale" years ago... because depending on what part of the world you  
live in, it's different (paca, bala, alpaca, fardo...) But Straw is  
Always "Paja" so we are just the "Straw Building Network" (but said in  
spanish!). When we translate it to English we should say "Spanish  
Straw Building Network" as well (and Spanish refering to the Language,  
not just the country).

Thumbs up to the change/return to the name Building instead of Bale.
