[GSBN] A nomination

Although I don't know Andy Mueller, I'd like to second Mark's nomination.  I
have great trust in Paul Lacinski with who he chose as his successor, as
well as great trust in Mark's judgment.  I'm also impressed with Andy's
words, and what they reveal about his head and his heart.
