[GSBN] Strawbale Insurance and Finance Survey - Fundraising for the Insurance Initiative (double your donation)!

Hello GSBN:

On the heels of our West Coast Natural Building Conference last month, CASBA is launching an Insurance Initiative - an effort to bring information to the insurance industry, and ultimately get several (if not all) carriers to not only insure bale structures, but see them as superior, in terms of performance, fire resistance, and a step towards addressing climate change in the built environment.  We have a proposal to lead this effort from one of the industry’s best consultants, an insurance insider and green building proponent, for roughly $15,000.

If you live or work in a straw building, please complete it; if you have clients for whom you’ve designed or built a strawbale structure, please forward it.
