[GSBN] New and returning GSBN folks

Hi folks,

Just returned from the 20th Anniversary Natural Building Colloquium at 
Black Range Lodge in Kingston, NM.  A great time was had by all. Lots of 
old friends and some new faces.

I just updated Mark Jensen's email address so that he can rejoin us.

I also just added Ace McArleton of Burlington VT, USA to the list. Ace 
is partner/co-author with Jacob Deva Racusin of newframeworks.com

Do we have any other new additions to consider?
