[GSBN] Sound transmission through s/able walls

Continuing the theme,

Sound transmission exclusion,  for the purpose of recording sound;

Low base notes will travel via vibrations in the soil as well.

Isolation of  flooring  ( not direct connected to the footing / foundations) will assist to achieve a base note isolation.

 

Also relevant to keep in mind if building sound barriers  to exclude high way or Train  noise from a dwelling, that is base vibrations ( the low rumble) may persist.
