[GSBN] Failures due to moisture migration in bale walls

G ' day Chris

No problems here with all our clients with moisture migration.  Only one
failure due to exposed walls with no roof for 6 months and a lost no more
than 6 bales in 1,200.

We have clients in many parts of Australia where there is high rainfall and
high humidity.

We have never been challenged by any Council re moisture issues.
