Dear Caroline

As I understand it Bath University and MODCELL have got a big EU grant to develop their MODCELL strawbale panel system and this has got picked up as "policy" by the Economist

The Economist article also refers to hempcrete which has received a much wider acceptance than strawbale panels (as its cheaper!!)
Bath have also got a big EU grant to explore this
