[GSBN] How many strawbale buildings in the USA?

Hi Frank,

Since it looks like we're trying to figure out a good factor to multiply
the number of official or registered buildings to get actual statistics,
I'll chime in with what I know of our local rural community.  We have 3 on
the Straw Bale Registry, but 9 that I know of.  the county is about 55,000
people.  There may be a couple more built that I don't know of.
