Hi folks,

I got a call from a client who wants to refinance their SB home, but  
the bank is requiring an example of precedent of a recent straw bale  
home sale as a basis for the refinancing.  They've tried a few banks,  
same problem - even with the one who did their original mortgage.   
It's getting tough out there...

Does anyone know anyone - ideally in VT - who has sold a SB house in  
the last year?  Let me know off-list, thanks for any help you can  
lend, feel free to forward this to other lists or friends.
