[GSBN] Admin: Proposal for Non-posting subscribers

I agree that non-posting subscribers should be allowed to "lurk" so that 
they can follow discussions but not otherwise post.

I would put myself on in that category, because my role on this is 
administrative, to pass along info to Ontario Straw Bale Building 
Coalition members, share on our website, etc. If I really needed to post 
something, I'd ask one someone else who has posting capability to share 
the info.
