[GSBN] Minnesota SB Project Progressing

Thanks Joyce.  Very good news.  And his success in Minneapolis could serve
as useful precedent for future projects in that region and other urban
areas.

Lucas will visit the SF bay area at the end of August and I'm giving him a
tour of SB buildings and having him meet other SB people here.  Will be a
good information exchange.  His experience will make a great TLS article.
