[GSBN] Minnesota SB Project Progressing

Lucas Alm, the architect for the Minnesota straw-bale project that was
delayed by codes sends this message:

Things are going well. We have received approval from the city for
construction.

He is preparing an article about the "journey" for a future issue of TLS and
will be doing a moisture study which he will share when it's finished.
