Joyce and all,

Here's a couple responses I received for your request...expect more. I just had my home bd tested and am waiting for the results. I can get you in contact with the testers for a complete report. Let me know.

JEFF D. AND THE BRUNEL RES WAS .05 nach - i don't know the ach50 number, but that house was tight.  David Adamson was .14 nach, without weatherstripping on the doors, and crenshaws was .15 pre weather stripping as well. 

Phil Higgs place will hit passive house standards (.04nach) .6ach50, and i think Brunel could have been there also with some caulking on the elec. outlets. we did the test but never did the air sealing. 

...pretty good preliminary numbers on these few.
