<DIV>JEFF D. AND THE BRUNEL RES WAS .05 nach - i don't know the ach50 number, but that house was tight. David Adamson was .14 nach, without weatherstripping on the doors, and crenshaws was .15 pre weather stripping as well. </DIV>

<DIV>Phil Higgs place will hit passive house standards (.04nach) .6ach50, and i think Brunel could have been there also with some caulking on the elec. outlets. we did the test but never did the air sealing. </DIV>
