Depending on how long you're in the UK you might like to visit Cae Mabon in North Wales. Very beautiful up here. Good place for walking, visiting ancient sites etc. Check www.caemabon.co.uk to see what we're all about.

In Denmark check out Flemming and Karen of Fornyet Energi, email address FornyetEnergi at fornyetenergi.dk Lovely people, amazing place not far from Copenhagen.
