[GSBN] Straw moisture content - CHMC tests

I hope I'm sending this to the correct address.
I just want to confirm that the moisture contents reported in the tests were measured on the "dry oven basis" exactly as described in Derek's message.

I have the complete description of the method as it was done by the lab in charge of the tests.
Although the text is french, I could make it available for anyone who would like to have a look at it.
