Hi Kelly, 

If you're interested in bales on the interior of an old wood frame
house, you can ask Sam Droege <sdroege at usgs.gov> about his house, near
DC. The only exterior wrap I can think of is that one Matts and Judy did
(I was at the workparty) but of course that wasn't wood framed - it's
featured in the book mentioned at the end of your message, isn't it?
