[GSBN] Use of and protection - steel columns in bale walls

Interesting stir up - be interested to hear what the problems you  
refer to were John

and my annotation to John's notion is this -


My notion is that condensation will not occur at a theoretical dew  
point location in the wall, UNLESS THERE IS AN IMPERVIOUS MATERIAL  
THERE FOR IT TO FORM ON SUCH AS STEEL OR CONCRETE - but will happen  
on the back side of the exterior plaster.
