[GSBN] Tall walls and wet clay

Hello Laura,

In France more and more owner builders use second hand dough mixers (the 
ones that bakers use for mixing big quantities). I've not yet had the 
pleasure of using one, but I am convinced (and have been confrimed) that 
it works very well.
