<div style="font-size: 14px;font-family: Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;">Hello
everyone! Greetings from Eugene in Oregon! It has been a very long
time since I've posted here, but this seemed an appropriate
opportunity...<br><br>I am working with a student here at the University
of Oregon who has been selected for an amazing research fellowship,
provided by a large Bay Area architecture firm. She is interested in
using the fellowship to travel in Europe, to explore and learn more
about natural building systems, products and materials, and visit
projects there that use them. She's then hoping to share those
experiences and knowledge with others, in the architecture firm and
beyond, via a publication and a presentations. <br><br>I mentioned that
the GSBN might be a place to inquire about some connections for her
planned travels, this coming July. She has asked me to pass along her
request and contact information, and has said it is fine to contact her
directly via her email address, with any possibilities... If you have a
project she might visit, or you otherwise work with
systems, products or materials she might learn from, that would be
wonderful. No need to include me in any followup correspondence with
the student, though I'm glad to facilitate if needed.<br><br>Below is
her request...<span><span><span style="color: rgb(0, 147, 81);"> </span></span></span><br><br><span

name is Charlotte Kamman, and I am an architecture student at the
University of Oregon. This summer I will be traveling through Europe on a
research fellowship sponsored by the architecture firm Hart Howerton. I
will be studying the use of renewable building materials such as hemp,
straw, thatch, rammed earth, cork, and wood. I will be traveling through
the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland from July 15 - July
30th this summer and using this research to write a book. I would like
to make connections with possible projects I could visit, and/or people
or organizations involved in working with renewable building materials
that I could interview, to learn more about your endeavors involving
these materials.</span><span style="font-style: italic;"><br></span><span
