<div style="direction: ltr;font-family: Tahoma;color: #000000;font-size: 10pt;">I'm not sure I would agree that Joomla is complicated to use, but there is good evidence that it is complicated to learn. I've just finished a 9.5 hour video course in the basics
of Joomla, and I certainly wouldn't call myself an expert. But a lot of the complexity is inherent in the nature of a database driven web content management system (CMS). Joomla seems simpler to me so far, than the two other CMS systems that I have been
trained on. I believe that the advantages and power of a CMS are worthwhile for many websites.
