</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'><FONT FACE="Arial">My name is Dawn Martinez and I am a MSW student at Appalachian State University.  I am doing a research paper on a social change effort and I am interested in the use of solar energy and affordable housing.  I am trying to get information on the specific history of where and how the effort to incorporate solar energy in low-income housing started.  I am hoping to learn who the leader(s) and groups were from the beginning of the movement as well as the particular obstacles that faced the movement at its beginning. <BR>
