Hi Lars,
Yes, we do have a Sound Wall barrier between a local highway and our property.  The interior of the wall is straw bale, a byproduct from the rice harvest in California.  I’ve attached an interpretive panel about the wall from our trail system.  It helps keep out the heat and sound from the freeway asphalt and cars.  Please let me know if you have further questions.
