[GSBN] ISBC2020

[Graeme North]

Hi Folks 

At ISBC 2016 in NZ there was some indication that the next ISBC would be held in 2020 probably in Europe or the UK but I have not heard any news of this yet. 
Is it a happening thing?
And if so where is it to be?
