Dear Lars and all,
i had experience of interior's project for a "white room" for people affected by Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and Electro Sensitivity  for a bureaux of lawyers working for them..
and it was a "change life" experience...really sad... because all natural "organic" materials had to be avoided ...
we had test with several people with different grade of intensity of sensitivity... you can see the pictures of the process of the work here: https://youtu.be/0xf9pFwZ7kw  (6 min)

the best and ONLY insulation material accepted: foamglass
earth panels were accepted with some exception.. but much better than enything else
all found silicate painting suitable
earthclay bricks were valued lower than normal bricks 
we had to avoid wood...
and had a struggle to get lime without additives..
in the video you will see a lot of other materials used to breakdown electromagnetic fields..

i think you should really test with your potential client ..each person is a case.
