[GSBN] missing cob link

Good evening Graeme,
The pictures of distressed cob buildings tell a sorry tale and one I
suspect is not the whole story for example what have the walls been
"painted" with in recent decades ?, have the ground levels been altered ?
And is the natural ventilation maintained or has central heating g heat
pump been installed ? The thoughts are multitude and extensive
I still have faith in earth building AND like your pithy re vertical
roofing ! ! ! Especially those wanting little or no eaves to go use a
different material
Have a great eve and tomorrow they are what we live in (the now as our
husky constantly remind us to do)
Cheers
Ian

I would totally support Tom's nomination of Kevin to this list - he is a cob
builder extraordinaire
The latest email I have for him is
KEVIN MCCABE <kevin.mccabe2 at btopenworld.com>
cheers
