[GSBN] Nomination of Ian Smith

[Jeff Ruppert]

I would like to nominate Ian Smith of COSBA to the group.  Ian worked under me for eight years designing and building the coolest bale projects.  He has contributed a huge amount to the SB community in our part or the world.  He continues to perform small research projects and is constantly seeking out better ways to do things.  I think he would be a great addition to GSBN.
