Hi Chris and all,
Yes in Australia the main Panel manufacturers are;
John Glassford and SITUPS. Most search engines will find him, also on this
list.
Paul Fox in Victoria Australia has also built some houses with his system; (
strawbuilding at gmail.com )
A site built panel, rendered flipped and  rendered on the other side and
then stood in position usually in the same day.
There is an article in " Owner Builder magazine" on this system ( sorry
issue / volume unsure).

An article on bale wall Panel systems is in draft form for the above
mentioned magazine. As there a least
4 panel systems in the mix here in Australia. Although I feel they are of
most benefit in the colder climates where
Weather conditions restrict onsite construction , here in Australia We lose
very few construction days to bad weather.

The Custom cut bales I previously mentioned in your " bailing from the round
thread" were very attractive for panel construction,
Still trying to find those photos.
