Here is a (french) article with a video on 2 recent 7story SB buildings 
in France.

The Jules Ferry résidence, close to downtown St Dié in Les Vosges (88)
Acording to Passiv Haus standard (15 kWh/m2) this social housing should 
exceed 130€ per year for heating, cooling, ventilation and warm water 
costs for an appartment of 90m² (about 900ft²).

The size of the prefab panels have been optimised in order to facilitate 
transport and installation. The project was cost-effective due to that 
optimisation and the fact that the insulation (the prefab panels) also 
carry the weight of the rainscreen. That way, an extra structural system 
(for carrying the weight of the rainscreen so far appart from the 
concrete structure) was avoided.
Total cost : 5 milion €
