Hi Chris,
Looking at the same page, I'm taking the U-value of 0.19 in metric to be equivalent to the R-value listed below - R-30, in the imperial column.
Formulas/definitions involved in the calculation & conversion are outlined in Section 3 of ASTM C1363-11.
Looks like a good result for the sake of comparison.

If I were looking at a testing report for the thermal performance of
bale walls and the published result is:
0,19 W/(m2•°C)
What does that mean? Can somebody help me with an R-value equivalent?
