[GSBN] Home Base natural building online library

Bruce,
Josuha from Olympia, who I met at the NBC (and have cc'd above) has
$100k to put together a database of interesting things that were
permitted. We have (small) funding to put together a cob code compliance
package online. http://www.cobcode.org is on a similar mission. There
are doubtless others as well. Each of us needs similar
resources--funding, web services, content manager, research, editing.
I suspect there would be advantages from joining forces somehow.
