[GSBN] Donations for IGCC Straw Bale effort

Thanks to those who have already donated to IGCC cause. We appreciate your support. For those who have not yet had a chance to donate there is now a "DONATE" button at the bottom of the CASBA web home page (www.strawbuilding.org) which you can use to donate by credit card/PayPal.

Again thanks for your support - this is effort has implications for the entire straw bale community, not just CASBA or the US.
