Bruce and Martin,
I might have some of our toe up pictures. We do a slab on grade and then use
two layers of PT with pea gravel as the capillary break. But I'll dig around
if that's what he's looking for.

Can anyone help Martin? I have no sill plate pictures (no one does a
concrete toe up any more, too much work). Please send any photos to Martin
Holladay with credits as apply. I'm guessing that other good photos might
be welcome.
For those who don't know, Martin is one of the best writers for Green
Building Advisor <http://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/> , and is a very
experienced old hand at energy efficient construction.

Bruce,
To illustrate my upcoming article on straw-bale construction, I need some
straw-bale construction photos - especially a photo of a "toe-up" to raise
the first course above the concrete foundation.
Do you have such photos you could share? If not, can you suggest someone who
I could contact?
Thanks very much for any help you can provide.
