It's time to update the Human Resource List (HRL) on the The Last Straw's
web site and resource guide. Anyone providing services to help people with
their straw-bale and natural building projects may be listed. Fee:
$30/annual. Go to www.thelaststraw.org, click on Resources and then click on
Human Resource List to enter new listings - or send the information by email
to <thelaststraw at thelaststraw.org>. To renew or update your current listing,
contact the TLS Office at 402.483.5135 or <thelaststraw at thelaststraw.org>.

We also encourage you to enter your project as part of the International
Straw Bale Registry at http://sbregistry.greenbuilder.com and help collect
information about design, construction, financing, insurance, and places
that can be visited worldwide. There are now 1,536 listings, for example:
USA 703, China 597, Canada 87, Australia 29, South Africa 8, UK 7. We know
there are more buildings in all of these and other countries, so please list
your building to let others know what's happening in your corner of the
world!

And help The Last Straw continue sharing information by becoming a sponsor:
Two-String Bale sponsorship is $25 per year, Three-String Bale sponsorship
$35 per year, Load-Bearing sponsorship $50 per year; Community Builder
sponsorship $75 per year; Professional $100; Endowment $200 or more. Tax
deductible let us know if you need a receipt.

The Last Straw journal needs your continued support!
