[GSBN] Self-nominating requests (Tina Therrien)

Bill and all,

I was just about to nominate Tina Therrien.  She is here with me in Haiti
(more on that later) (I just saw a mouse scurry across the floor in our
office) (that's all I'll say about that).  Any way, Tina's inclusion in the
GSBN is way overdue.  She has been at the forefront of strawbale building in
Canada with Chris Magwood and others, and has been running Camel's Back
Construction (that Chris founded) for years.  It's been great to have her
participate on the building here and she will surely add to the ongoing GSBN
dialogue.  I emphatically nominate her.
