George's book (with Albert Knott) is still available.  Check your 
local, independent book seller.  Or if you must,

There is also a Kindle edition (which some people assert doesn't 
actually save resources.  I don't understand that.).  The book is 
painful to read, if you like clear expository writing.  But the 
content is inspiring and there are enough details to give it a try.
