In Bela-Russia (Belarus) the lead person is clearly Evgeny Shirokov, who I

The closest thing to a sbb association there is probably the Minsk Division
of International Academy of Ecology.

"Minsk Division of International Academy of Ecology is a non-goverment
organization.  It follows the previous Belarus Division of IAE that was
founded in 1992 as a part of IAE by belarussian scientists with
"sustainable" orientation."
