Hello all,

Week before last the report for which I was lead author was published by the Cascadia Region Green Building Council. "Code, Regulatory and Systemic Barriers to Living Building Projects" and a press release for it can be found at the DCAT website at http://www.dcat.net/about_dcat/announcements.php where it can be downloaded. 

It took more than a year to write and edit it down to about 90 pages... I hope it proves to be of some use to some of you in reframing conversations around sustainable building and development.
