[GSBN] Tornado vs. Straw Bale

Greetings folks!

 

I just wanted to share with you all, that on Monday July 7, 2008 a EF-3
tornado landed in the Belcourt / Rolla, North Dakota area.  At this time I
don't know much details of how close it was to the building we built for the
Turtle Mountain community College, but as you can see from photos, most of
the damage was done to the roof and a few broken windows. I think it's a
testament to straw bale construction. More later as I gather detailed
information.
